$147 a Week Offer: Terms & Conditions

The $147 per week service includes campaign setup, ongoing campaign management, up to two video advertisements and four static advertisements, together with ongoing optimisation of your advertising campaigns.

Creative and Campaign Changes

Your package includes up to two video ads and four static ads. You may request one campaign change per calendar month. Additional creative work, campaign changes or substantial changes to the original advertising strategy may incur an additional fee, which will be agreed with you before any additional work is undertaken.

10 Day Free Period

Your first 10 days are free. A valid credit or debit card is required when you sign up.

There are no setup fees. Your first weekly service payment will be processed at the end of the 10 day free period. Weekly billing will then continue until the service is cancelled or paused in accordance with these terms.

Currency

Our service fees are billed in the local currency of the client’s location, so the currency used for our fees is aligned as closely as practical with the currency used for the client’s Meta advertising account.

For example, Australian clients will generally be billed in AUD, New Zealand clients in NZD and United States clients in USD.

Advertising Spend

The $147 weekly fee covers our service and management. Advertising spend paid to Meta or any other advertising platform is additional and is not included in the $147 weekly fee, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Advertising spend is charged separately by the advertising platform using the payment method attached to your advertising account.

GST and Taxes

GST applies to New Zealand clients only, where required by New Zealand law.

Any GST, VAT, sales tax or other tax charged by Meta or another advertising platform is separate from our service fees.

We recommend clients seek their own accounting or tax advice regarding the GST or tax treatment of Meta advertising spend, as this may vary depending on your country, business structure, tax registration and advertising account setup.

Campaign Pauses

After your first 90 days, you may request one campaign pause of up to three weeks during each 12 month period.

Your weekly management fee will also be paused during an approved campaign pause.

Any additional pauses, or pauses longer than three weeks, must be agreed with us separately.

Cancellation

There are no long term contracts and you may cancel the service at any time.

Cancellation will stop future recurring charges. Payments already processed for a service period that has commenced are non refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Payment Authority

By signing up, you authorise us to securely charge the credit or debit card provided for your recurring service fees in accordance with these terms.

If a payment fails, we may temporarily pause campaign management until the outstanding account has been brought up to date.

Advertising Results

Advertising results vary depending on factors including your industry, location, offer, competition, advertising budget, website, pricing and market conditions.

While we will actively manage and optimise your campaigns, we cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, enquiries, sales, revenue, cost per lead or return on advertising spend.

Client Supplied Information

You are responsible for ensuring that any information, pricing, offers, trademarks, images, claims or other materials you provide to us are accurate and that you have the appropriate rights to use them.

Advertising is also subject to the policies and approval processes of Meta and other advertising platforms. We cannot guarantee that any individual advertisement will be approved or remain approved by a platform.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the service will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and our Privacy Policy.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer or commercial law.

By proceeding with the service and providing your payment details, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
